GEE takes your privacy seriously!

However, we do need your details to switch on your electricity and provide you with related products and services. But don’t worry, we will treat this information confidentially and only contact you with information about your electricity  and any special offers or advice that you may find useful.  If you don’t want this information, simply let us know!

We’re bound by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and won’t disclose your personal information to any third parties -except as permitted by these or other laws/regulations. This means we may give information about you to our related companies or a third party contracted by us to provide a service or activity on our behalf. Rest assured that any party that is engaged by us is also obliged to keep your details confidential (we ensure they sign confidentiality agreements with GEE).

You sure can! This is part of our obligation under the Privacy Act- and GEE Energy takes compliance very seriously. You can request access to any of the personal information we hold about you, at any time. And if any details are wrong at all, just let us know and we will update them.
